Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to support the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, planning and executing co-branded campaigns, and leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
- Develop strategic partnerships with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands to create compelling proposals and track destination trends.
- Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems, and paid marketing basics to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development, preferably in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems, and paid marketing basics.
