Key Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Develop and review electrical power system simulation models for wind and hybrid plants. Analyze site-specific grid interconnection solutions and ensure compliance with grid codes.
  • Design and review the Balance of Plant (BoP) for wind power plants, including substation engineering, load flows, short circuit analysis, and relay settings.
  • Present findings to grid operators and customers for project-specific needs.
  • Lead a team of engineers and trainees, providing guidance and technical mentorship.
  • Write and review reports, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Power Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven relevant experience in power system studies within renewable energy or power domain.
  • Experience in designing and reviewing renewable grid interconnection solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Grid Codes and experience providing compliance for different Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
  • Proficiency in simulation tools such as PSS/E, Power Factory, PSCAD, or ETAP.
  • Strong English communication skills.
