Job Overview

This is a challenging role for an experienced IAM & CyberArk Engineer to join our organization and take ownership of Privileged Account Administration.

As an IAM & CyberArk Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, implementation, and operations of Privilege Identity tools. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and peer engineers to understand needs and architect appropriate solutions.

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex identity management systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees on IAM best practices and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field of Identity and Access Management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Domain of Identity & Access Management Services, with expertise in the deployment, implementation, and operations of Privileged Identity tools.
  • Experience working with components such as vaults, CPMs, accounts, policies, safes, usages, PACLI, and providers.
  • Excellent understanding of security and systems standards, Access Management, authorization/permissions management, Network Protocols, System management applications, and System & Network Security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including SMEs, peer engineers, and business leaders.
