Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at TCP Corps. This role plays a critical part in our organization, focusing on the intersection of development, operations, and testing to streamline software delivery and infrastructure changes.

Main Responsibilities
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to ensure seamless software releases.
  • Process Automation: Automate and enhance development and operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Cloud Platform Management: Deploy, manage, and scale applications on various cloud infrastructure platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor systems for stability, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Containerized Applications: Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely product releases and effective communication throughout the delivery process.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Security and Compliance: Conduct security, performance, and availability assessments to ensure compliance and optimal system performance.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system alerts in a timely manner.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies to maximize efficiency and implement automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Container Orchestration: Experience managing container orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Scripting Languages: Expertise in scripting languages, including Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
  • Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Version Control: Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Security Best Practices: Understanding of security best practices for cloud and on-premises environments.

Preferred Qualifications: DevOps certification and US citizenship due to the nature of the job.
