Our network consists of an assortment of devices connected over GPRS, 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, which send sensed data to our cloud platform. The cloud then delivers high-end insights and analytics to users in the most efficient and easy-to-understand way, empowering them with real-time complex insights to achieve perfection.

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 2-5 years of experience specializing in machine learning, deep learning, and big data technologies. This role requires a blend of enhancing existing ML libraries and innovating new ones. As a key member of our data science team, you will collaborate with our Product Development team to develop analytics solutions for various sectors, including Energy Management Systems, Water Management Solutions, Vibration Monitoring, and Process Industries. Your expertise will be crucial in data management, technological strategy, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning solutions tailored to diverse datasets, including small to large scale, and various formats like time series and 3D matrices.
  • Analyze data to extract insights and use it to predict industry-specific KPIs.
  • Create algorithms for Time Series Forecasting, Predictive Maintenance, Vibration Monitoring, etc.
  • Work with the Product team to bring models into production.
  • Stay updated with the latest in machine learning, attending conferences and engaging in continuous learning.
  • Collaboratively solve complex IoT problems using ML solutions in a team environment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists and analytics professionals.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams, innovate in data system processes, and drive technological advancements in the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Data Science and analytics in an industry setting.
  • Proficiency in deep learning algorithms and techniques (CNN, LSTM, RNN, Optimization Techniques, Reinforcement Learning).
  • Demonstrated organizational, multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience in predictive modeling, time-series forecasting, wavelet transform, and FFT.
  • Expertise in implementing and validating big data algorithms and models, including Deep Learning models (CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies like PySpark.
  • Experience in deployment technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to integrate new techniques into live production environments.
  • Knowledge of IoT applications across various industries (Smart Cities, Energy, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Skills in translating business questions into analytical solutions and effectively communicating results.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of data governance, security principles, and agile methodologies.
