Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design, develop, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on GCP and Azure.

This role involves collaborating with AI product managers and data engineers to transform prototypes into production-ready solutions. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in MLOps/AI Ops for model versioning, monitoring, and automation.

You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain network architecture, including VPCs, subnets, routing tables, security groups, and configure and manage VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and other network connectivity solutions.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for implementing and managing cloud-based firewalls, load balancers, Meraki switches/access points, and other network security measures.

You will also monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring low latency and high availability, and collaborate with external partners to transition clients' existing on-prem network devices seamlessly into our cloud infrastructure.

You will automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates, and troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues efficiently.

To excel in this position, you should have 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with a focus on GCP and Azure, and proficiency in GCP/Azure services such as VMs, Storage, SQL Database & SQL Managed Instance, and Functions.

Strong expertise in network engineering, including designing and managing complex network architectures, is also required. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates is essential.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, and you should possess strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex network challenges.
