System Developer Position

As a System Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of washing machines and dryers for India and global markets.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or mechatronics, and who have good industry experience.

  • Develop new wash systems for washing machines and dryers
  • Apply analytical tools for USP (Unique Selling Proposition) development and algorithm development in home appliances
  • Identify and resolve potential risks through DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues
  • Take into account consumer and process partner requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in product/technology development and testing in home appliances domain (dryer/refrigeration/AC/WMC)
  • Knowledge of global energy and performance standards (AHAM, IEC 60456, IS Standards)
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry
  • Good communication, project, and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel within India/South Korea or other parts of the world for short or long durations
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of system programming language - Python is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of interfacing sensors (analog and digital)
  • Experience in any design/CAD software, refrigeration/Air condition cycle will be a plus
  • Exposure and experience in Six-Sigma (black belt will be a plus)
  • Working experience with global teams
  • Korean language proficiency (speak, read, and write) is an added advantage
