$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Consultant to join our Managed Services support team. As an AWS expert, you will provide third-level (L3) support in troubleshooting issues in AWS cloud infrastructure, Operating System and networking in customer environments.

You will provide expert guidance to the team members and customers as needed, mentor the team, own complex tasks/issues, and pass knowledge to the team.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS infrastructure.
  • Architect, deploy, and operate solutions built on AWS.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 & 2 Support Engineers, internal stakeholders, and other support teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 8+ years of experience working in AWS Services.
  • Expert knowledge in commonly used AWS Services including EC2, RDS, VPC, ELB, ALB, Route53, etc.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
  • Experience working with containers (Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
  • Scripting languages: Proficiency in scripting languages, e.g., Python, to automate routine tasks and streamline operations.
  • Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implementing IaC principles using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage programmatically and provision cloud resources.
