About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team at Dadu Medical Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laser treatments, fillers, and chemical peels in a clinical setting.
  • Assist lead doctors with various procedures and supervise laser therapists/technicians.
  • Maximise customer satisfaction by adhering to SOPs and continuously improving services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and ensure aesthetic business operations meet high standards.
  • Provide skin consultations and recommend service packages.
  • Offer patient diagnosis and perform medical procedures in coordination with doctors and counselors.
  • Ensure efficacy, safety, and high professional standards in medical procedures.
  • Work as part of a team in a restricted physical environment.

Requirements:

  • BDS, BAMS, or BHMS degree (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of clinical practices and protocols.
  • Ability to handle diverse patients and convert them for treatment.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages (preferred).

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, regular/permanent position.
  • Day shift, morning shift schedule.
  • Relocation to VASANT VIHAR, Delhi - 110057 required.
