Facade Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Facade Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our major commercial project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade design, construction, and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. They will also assess and evaluate facade vendors and BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and safety requirements.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management. This includes raising purchase requests and following up with procurement teams to ensure timely completion of facade works.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least 10-20 years of experience in facade design, construction, or maintenance. A proven track record of success in similar roles is essential.
