  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain alignment with program goals, schedules, and objectives.
  • Enforce adherence to governance frameworks, processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication and manage risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate team meetings, promote clarity on deliverables, and enhance cross-functional communication.
  • Proactively identify risks, assess their impact, and execute mitigation plans.
  • Track and report project performance, maintain accurate documentation, and drive initiatives to successful closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree;
  • OR Master's degree with 4–6 years of project management experience;
  • OR Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of project management experience;
  • OR Diploma with 10–12 years of project management experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing cross-functional programs with a focus on scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of risk, partner, and change management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, MS Office).
  • Skilled in PMO governance, reporting, standardization, and documentation.
  • Experience working in multi-site, international teams and managing external vendors or partners.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and collaborative skills.
