Customer Service Representative Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Professional to join our team in Chennai, India. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through chat or email support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer support operations
  • Address customer inquiries through chat or email support (No Calling)
  • Work in rotational shifts, primarily during the night

Requirements:

  • Graduates, except for BTECH/BE/BSC-IT/BCA/Computer Science/ candidates
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English with proper punctuation and grammar
  • Possession of original hard copies of all semester marksheets and degree certificate
