Key Responsibilities
- Perform review on Loan Foreclosure Documents, including checking the status of MIN in compliance to the program and Guidelines.
- Provide timely reports and observations during the process.
- Inform certain groups to resolve discrepancies and advise on loan status.
- Follow up on outstanding conditions.
- Update findings in the system in prescribed format.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage.
- Should be flexible working in shifts based on client requirements.
- Open to working extended periods, weekends when necessary.
