Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise quality professionals in a global setting.
  • Develop, mentor, and oversee staff in GxP activities.
  • Assess and guide the team in performing reviews of systems and audit trails.
  • Manage change controls, validation, and review of validation deliverables.
  • Support supplier management for computerized systems and other validation disciplines/processes.
  • Participate in regulatory inspections as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Masters degree with 10 years experience in software and systems quality assurance or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Strong understanding of GxP requirements in information systems.
  • Ability to apply industry standards and business principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Training others in quality assurance activities.
  • Establishing and improving training curriculum.
