Job Opportunity: Legal Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Associate to administer disputes on our online dispute resolution platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage disputes on the dispute resolution platform
  • Provide administrative support and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process
  • Manage dispute communication, coordinate with neutrals, and assist in case management
  • Liaise with teams to solve challenges and improve processes
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Laws graduate with 2+ years' experience, preferably in arbitration or contract drafting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing software (like MS Word)
  • Proven ability to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team goals
