As an SPS Contact Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact between Amazon and our Selling Partners, resolving complex queries, providing exceptional service, and navigating multiple communication channels concurrently. You must demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication, as well as maintain excellent levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
This role requires strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. You will contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving complex queries from Selling Partners
- Providing exceptional service to Selling Partners, building trust and strengthening relationships through empathy, active listening, and rapport building
- Navigating multiple communication channels concurrently including phone/chat and email to engage with Selling Partners effectively
Requirements:
- College Graduate
- Fluent in English language (basis requirement)
- Experience in working with Operating systems (Windows) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93%
