Job Title: Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to support our commercial real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation of sales and leasing strategies
* Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients
* Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors
* Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor activity
* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients
* Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to real estate policies

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
* Strong understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in team settings
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
