Job Overview:

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting while minimizing or deferring tax payments. You will be part of a brilliant team of tax specialists working together to achieve this goal.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include preparation and review of complex Form 1065-Partnership returns for financial services or both real estate and operating partnerships, detailed review of simple and moderate partnership, corporation, and S-Corporation federal and state jurisdiction returns, guarantee payments, concept, and application on tax returns, identification of potential adjustments due to tax law changes and reflection on workpapers and returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification hands-on experience with a U.S. accounting firm
  • Working towards Chartered Accountancy is preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of U.S. Tax Code is required
  • Strong command of the English Language, both written and verbal communication
