Responsibilities:

  • Experience in IT infrastructure related field, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.
  • Experience in Sterling file gateway (SFG).
  • Experience in Sterling Integrator.
  • Experience in IBM Connect Express.
  • Experience in IBM Connect Direct.
  • Experience working in Production support.
  • Experience in Unix/Linux.
  • Experience in Business process creation and maintenance.
  • Experience in Protocols: SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, Pesit(good to have).
  • Must be having skills in certificate renewals.
  • Must have participated in Disaster Recovery for the applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of Messaging & File Transfer services.
  • Manage highly skilled teams, Onboard skilled resources for user support.
  • Project management, cost control, budgets, and optimization.
  • Good understanding of automation and its best practices.
  • Critical escalation handling and resolution.
  • Independent work, propose ideas, and global collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in challenging and stressful environments.
  • Knowledge on Infra management and its best practices.
  • Incident, Change, Request and Release Management.
  • Vulnerability management.
  • Asset, license and Capacity Management.
  • Resiliency, DR Process and BCP.
  • Project management, reporting, timelines, and publishing dashboards.
  • Resiliency tests/exercises as per recommendations.
  • Support application during applicative DRs.
  • Flexible weekend activities as per requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • Engineering graduate / MCA / Computer Science Graduate or PG.
