The Project:

This is a mixed-use development project in a major city, requiring the expertise of a skilled MEP Manager to oversee the delivery of the system building services engineering.

We are seeking a talented and experienced MEP Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the system building services engineering, working closely with the client, main contractor, and consultants to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering the system building services engineering package, working closely with the project team to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Managing and coordinating the sub-contractors, sub-sub-contractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinating and liaising with key project stakeholders, including the client, design and construction teams, to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, ensuring the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
  • Implementing modern methods of construction, learning about digital technologies and prefabrication to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Working collaboratively with the project team to achieve net zero carbon transition and minimize carbon emissions during the delivery of the project.

You'll need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of MEP works, including testing and commissioning.
  • Experience in leading MEP services for a project of a similar nature, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
