About the Role:

As a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at MUFG Global Service, you will be responsible for ensuring that key activities in furnishing actionable intelligence to the bank by identifying, analysing, and tracking potential cyber threats.

The IRMD Threat Intelligence Centre is committed to providing timely and relevant threat intelligence to inform our cybersecurity strategy. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in collecting, analysing, and disseminating threat intelligence to support our incident response and threat hunting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyse information from various sources to produce actionable intelligence on cyber threats.
  • Utilise internal and OSINT tools to research threat actors, vulnerabilities, and intelligence relevant to MUFG.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on threat actors and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Create detailed reports on the current threat landscape and trends of interest to MUFG.
  • Support the development and enhancement of threat intelligence processes, procedures, and services.
  • Collaborate with the incident response function to provide relevant intelligence during incident response efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • At least 4.5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence analysis, including the ability to identify, assess, and respond to various cyber threats.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with expertise in threat hunting, forensics, and incident response.
  • Possess security certifications such as SANS GCTI, CISSP, or any cybersecurity specialty.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to envision solutions to complex security problems.
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Extensive understanding of internet security issues and threat landscape.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • At least 4.5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Security certifications such as SANS GCTI, CISSP, or any cybersecurity specialty.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
