Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Opportunity
As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough product inspections and process validations.
You will work closely with customers to review and implement specific requirements while identifying potential risks within QA and developing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of electronic & Mechanical assemblies
- Measuring instrument handling
- Awareness of QMS, RoHS, UL
- Process and Product Knowledge
- Knowledge of PLM Application
- IPC Workmanship standard
- Ability to meet deadlines & deliver results
- Quality documentation knowledge
- Operator certification
- PPAP documentation
- PFMEA, SPC, MSA
- Product inspection
- Process validation
- Line/Process Audit
- Control plan
- Customer specific requirements review & implementation ability
- Ability to identify potential risks within QA & develop plans for risk mitigation
- Understanding the needs & expectations of stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Poka-Yoke
- Kaizen
- 7 QC tools
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (60% throughout)
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field
