You will be an integral part of our financial and strategic consulting services team, working with various sectors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate accounting records using TallyPrime and manage client files efficiently. This includes timely completion of tasks, meticulous record-keeping, and effective file management.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports for clients, ensuring timely delivery and meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Finalize accounts, prepare detailed financial statements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, thereby minimizing risks and optimizing opportunities.
  • Compute income tax liability, prepare and file income tax returns, and stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and amendments.
  • Calculate TDS liability, prepare and file TDS returns, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Assist in GST registrations, compute liability, and file GST returns, staying compliant with evolving regulations.
  • Conduct research for M&A and fund-raise projects, analyzing market trends and providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support in preparing financial models, investment teasers, and investment memorandums, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication.
  • Prepare secretarial records, assist in ROC filings, and provide advisory services on FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax, and GST.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Candidates must have completed their CA Intermediate both group pass or be near completion.
  • Those who have completed their articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer are also eligible to apply.
  • A strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws are essential for success in this role.
  • Good communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint is required for efficient task completion.
