Position: Senior Executive - Offline Marketing (Brand)

You will lead our offline brand experience and marketing efforts.

Your role will involve ensuring consistent branding across all offline touchpoints, from bus branding to lounges, hoardings, and on-ground marketing activations.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain brand consistency across buses, lounges, uniforms, and other offline assets.
  • Develop branding guidelines for offline touchpoints and ensure compliance across all our assets.
  • Work closely with vendors to execute high-quality branding assets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to enforce branding across buses and maintain consistency in execution.
  • Implement visibility mechanisms to track branding effectiveness and maintain standardization.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in brand activation, offline marketing, vendor management, or retail branding.
  • Strong understanding of offline branding execution, vendor coordination, and operations alignment.
  • Experience in on-ground activations, branding audits, and visibility tracking mechanisms.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for vendor coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for brand consistency and execution excellence.
