Unlock Your Potential as a Data Science Innovator

We're seeking an ambitious data scientist to join our team and drive innovation in the field. As a data science innovator, you'll be responsible for building large-scale models that predict on-the-job performance with unparalleled accuracy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy cutting-edge analytics solutions that move core product metrics, including match quality, time-to-hire, candidate experience, and revenue.
  • Design and run A/B tests and quasi-experiments, turning results into actionable product decisions within a short timeframe.
  • Build source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models to empower teams with self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Instrument events with engineers to improve data quality and latency from ingestion to insight.
  • Prototype quick models (from baselines to gradient boosting) to enhance matching and scoring algorithms.
  • Evaluate LLM-powered agents by designing rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid fundamentals in statistics, SQL, and Python, along with projects you're proud to showcase.
  • The ability to iterate fast, framing questions, testing hypotheses, and shipping results within days.
  • Careful consideration of clarity in communication, rivaling your passion for p-values.
  • A curiosity about LLM evaluation, retrieval, and ranking is a plus; you'll learn alongside experts who've shipped at leading tech companies.
