Job Title: LAMP Developer
">Job Summary:
">- We are seeking a skilled and experienced LAMP developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, Apache, and MySQL, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using the LAMP stack, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.
- They will also be responsible for managing MySQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Furthermore, the candidate will collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, and configure and maintain Linux-based servers running Apache to ensure secure and efficient hosting of web applications.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing security best practices to protect web applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities, and conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- In addition, they will create and maintain technical documentation for code, configurations, and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- The successful candidate will stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve their skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Key responsibilities include improving existing software, maintaining existing websites developed in open source format, and having hands-on experience with PHP / Perl, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Smarty, and web technologies such as HTTP, XML, AJAX, JavaScript - SOAP / XML design/ development.
- Object-oriented programming and multi-tiered application development experience in web-based enterprise applications is also required.
