Job Opportunity

A leading research and consulting firm seeks a Director to head its investment research practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, macroeconomics, and business drivers, with experience in managing teams and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the investment research practice with P&L responsibility
  • Identifying growth opportunities through new products/services or market entry
  • Providing leadership support to the delivery team, achieving quality and operational excellence
  • Assisting the business development team in winning new clients
  • Establishing best practices in employee engagement and training
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, writing thought leadership papers, and representing the company on media platforms
  • Fostering strong client relationships
  • Leading team-building efforts and related activities

  • Manage equity research processes, including coverage of global stocks, financial modeling, and valuation assessments
  • Lead investment due diligence for private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate finance clients
  • Essential to have exposure to business development activities, including identifying solutions, preparing pitch decks, and participating in business development meetings

This Position Offers:

  • 15+ years of experience in investment research, including 7+ years of experience in managing teams
  • Ideal experience across multiple research domains, including equity and credit markets, investment banking, business strategies, and market assessment
