Job DescriptionRole OverviewAs an Identity Governance Consultant at Codvo, you will guide our clients through a successful implementation of a leading Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution.
You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and configuring the chosen platform to meet the client's specific security, compliance, and user lifecycle management requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the client's current identity and access management processes, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze the client's security and compliance requirements, including internal policies and audit obligations.
- Design and configure the IGA platform's core components, including access request workflows, access certifications, role-based access control policies, segregation of duties rules, and access insights and reporting dashboards.
- Integrate the IGA solution with the client's existing IT infrastructure and critical applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality, performance, security, and integration points of the IGA solution.
- Plan and execute the deployment of the IGA solution and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Conduct thorough knowledge transfer sessions to empower the client's IT team with the skills and expertise to manage and maintain the IGA solution independently.
- Proven experience implementing enterprise-grade IGA solutions from leading vendors.
- Extensive knowledge of IGA principles, best practices, industry standards, and common deployment models.
- Strong understanding of various access management concepts, including role-based access control, attribute-based access control, segregation of duties, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with integrating IGA solutions with a diverse technology stack, including directories, cloud platforms, and custom applications.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for automation and integration purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant industry certifications in the IGA domain.
- Experience with specific IGA vendors, particularly Okta.
