Community Support Specialist

We're seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members, you will provide exceptional support and ensure their fitness journey is enjoyable and successful.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature will make you an asset to our community.

You will be tech-savvy with experience using tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRMs. A strong understanding of English and Hinglish is essential for effective communication with our diverse member base.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (WhatsApp, calls, etc.)
  • Engage and motivate our community to achieve their fitness goals
  • Proactively identify and resolve member concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Tech-savviness with experience using CRM software and other relevant tools
