Job Summary:

The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will provide timely analysis of world events to assess risk, mitigate identified threats, and disseminate information to customers. The Analyst conducts in-depth analysis and summarizes for other team members and senior management into intelligence briefings, reports, and threat assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Monitor open-source information to identify potential threats and escalate appropriately.
  • Analyze and assess risks and threats to the company, associates, or assets.
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate escalating situations and coordinate effectively with other security personnel.
  • Provide timely and pertinent analysis, and coordinate response efforts with multiple departments.
  • Produce intelligence reports, threat assessments, and conduct investigations.
  • Foster business relationships internally and with external partners and law enforcement agencies.
  • Deliver intelligence briefings to senior management.
  • Support management and provide regular reports.
  • Drive a respectful team culture centered on open communication, sharing, and recognition of team members.
  • Enhance the analytic line in assessments, where possible.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in international relations, global affairs, or a security-related field, combined with at least two years of analytical, open-source investigative techniques, and/or military, government, law enforcement, or executive protection experience. Desirable Skills:

  • Proficient bi-lingual language skills; English plus Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, or Marathi.
  • Foreign language proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese, preferred.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to succinctly summarize and assess information.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Results-driven and client-focused.
  • Able to analyze complex situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office and intranet.
