About the Role
This role is responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to breakdowns, minor repairs, and code maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to EHS guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in electrical electronics and minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the elevator industry. They should have experience in service and maintenance of elevators.

Responsibilities include:
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to breakdowns, minor repairs, and code maintenance.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to EHS guidelines.
  • Performing daily inspections and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Attending customer meetings and providing updates on project status.
  • Coordinating with other teams to resolve complex issues.
