Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to contribute to the design and development of scalable and reliable software systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and services, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, develop solutions, and implement changes that enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient infrastructure architectures using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and services.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tooling and automation scripts to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration between code changes and infrastructure updates.
  • Participate in incident response efforts, providing expertise to resolve critical issues and minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in administering Kubernetes clusters and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
