Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our cloud infrastructure initiatives. This role requires someone with extensive knowledge of designing, automating, and operating production-grade cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using a comprehensive set of AWS services including VPC, IAM, RDS, EC2, ECS, S3, EFS, MQ, OpenSearch, ElastiCache, ECR, CodeArtifact, Lambda, Route53, and CloudTrail.
  2. Operate and scale multi-region applications to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery readiness.
  3. Implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices with automation-first approaches for deployments, security, compliance, and monitoring.
  4. Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
  5. Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
  6. Administer and optimize Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian), focusing on performance, security, and automation.
  7. Develop Python, Bash, and Shell scripts for automation, tooling, and system orchestration.
  8. Implement and manage network configurations, including LAN, WAN, IPv4, IPv6, VPNs, site-to-site connectivity, and firewalls.
  9. Monitor and analyze application performance using Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and APM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.
  • Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and IaC practices.
  • Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/Debian preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with distributed teams.
