Project Coordinator

\

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee and manage end-to-end project activities within our modular furniture manufacturing unit.

\

The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely execution of client orders.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning & Initiation\
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.\
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.\
    • Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.\
    • Negotiate contracts and terms.\
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and installation processes.\
    • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards.\
    • Monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.\
    • Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.\
    • Address and rectify non-conformance issues.\
    • Provide regular status updates and reports.\
    • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.\
    • Conduct final inspections and obtain approvals.\
    • Ensure proper handover of documentation, warranties, and manuals.\
    • Gather client feedback and conduct post-occupancy evaluations.
  • Design Coordination\
    • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts.\
    • Ensure design specifications align with client requirements.\
    • Oversee the development of technical drawings and documentation.\
    • Identify and evaluate vendors, contractors, and suppliers.\
    • Develop and maintain project schedules.\
    • Track progress and adjust plans as needed.\
    • Ensure timely completion of milestones and final delivery.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication\
    • Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.\
    • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.\
    • Manage client expectations and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.\
    • Address concerns and resolve issues promptly.\
    • Document lessons learned and apply to future projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of steel structures and furniture concepts.\
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.\
  • Team player with attention to detail.\
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\
  • 5+ years of experience in a design or technical support role.\
  • Relevant degree related to this profile.
