Job Description

As a Sailpoint Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions. This includes provisioning, lifecycle automation (joiner-mover-leaver), access certifications, and self-service capabilities.

You will develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.

Key responsibilities include building custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols, as well as authoring secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—joiner/mover/leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
