Senior Technology Transfer Project Manager

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee Technology Transfer projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in coordinating tasks, schedules, and status reports will ensure seamless stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and timelines to meet business objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project roadblocks.
  • Establish clear project baselines, documenting assumptions and dependencies.
  • Prepare comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones and deliverables.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including governance boards, to ensure transparency and open communication.
  • Oversee Reference Drug procurement and shipment, ensuring timely completion of key development tasks.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement across common projects.
  • Manage project budgets, monitoring spend against established financial cycles.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop and execute organizational initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • M. Pharmacy or B. Pharmacy with MBA degree.
  • At least 9 years of experience in Project Management, with prior experience in Formulation Development.
  • Thorough knowledge of generic drug development cycle, regulatory guidelines (ICH, ANVISA, USFDA, EMA), and regulations (GMP, GCP, GLP).
  • Expertise in eCTD dossier modules and various regulatory filing pathways for EU, US, CA, PMDA, LATAM.
  • Proficiency in EPM / MSP software and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
