Geotechnical Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute their expertise in geotechnical investigations and analysis.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting scope of work for field/lab testing agencies, including borehole number, depth, and test types.
  • Coordinating with field teams to resolve technical queries and suggest changes during site execution.
  • Reviewing and summarizing borehole data to assist structural design and foundation decisions.
  • Preparing detailed Geotechnical Interpretation Reports, including safe bearing capacity, pile capacity, soil spring constants, liquefaction analysis, and soil-structure interaction.
  • Securing approval of reports from authorities and stakeholders.
  • Reviewing field tests, such as pile load tests and plate load tests.
  • SUPPORTING pre-bid engineering and representing the firm in technical meetings.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in geotechnical investigation/reporting.
  • Strong civil engineering fundamentals and site coordination skills.
  • Proficient in preparing design summaries and technical documentation.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with LPILE, WALLAP, PLAXIS, or equivalent geotechnical software.
  • Exposure to ground anchoring and improvement techniques.
  • Prior experience with infrastructure or structural projects.
