Job Title: Senior Fashion Creative

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Fashion Creative. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative western silhouettes, including dresses, coord sets, tops, and fusion wear.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Development: Create stunning designs that showcase your expertise in fashion design and development.
  2. Create Innovative Western Silhouettes: Design and develop dresses, coord sets, tops, and fusion wear that are on-trend and appealing to our target market.
  3. Seasonal Collections: Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand aesthetics and fashion trends.
  4. Illustrations & Sketching: Create detailed illustrations, mood boards, and technical sketches using Photoshop & Corel Draw.
  5. Fabric Sourcing: Source and experiment with fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for both western and fusion styles.
  6. Sampling & Production: Translate design concepts into samples with the in-house team and ensure fittings, pattern corrections, and fabric usage align with quality and cost.
  7. Trend & Market Research: Stay updated with global and Indian trends in western & fusion fashion and analyze competitor collections to contribute ideas for differentiation.
  8. Brand Aesthetics: Maintain our brand identity by ensuring every design reflects elegance, comfort, and commercial appeal.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Software: Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw (must have strong command).
  • Fabric Knowledge: Cotton, Rayon, Muslin, Chanderi, Silk, Blends & their drapes.
  • Design Expertise: Western silhouettes, dresses, coord sets, fusion wear.
  • Visualization Skills: Strong visualization, sketching & digital illustration skills.
  • Garment Construction: Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under deadlines with creativity and precision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in women's western or fusion fashion.
  • Portfolio of previous work (required).
