Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing brand visions to life.

You will be the link between clients and our production team, ensuring every detail meets client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing client relationships with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company as the primary point of contact for global luxury brand clients.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in English to manage client expectations.
  • Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear technical briefs for production teams.
  • Drive projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients through trust and impeccable delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in shopfitting or bespoke furniture.
  • Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of retail furniture manufacturing, finishes, and materials.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
