Technical Lead for Complex Systems
Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the development of complex systems in the field of GNSS Navigation. As part of our Avionics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, and verifying cutting-edge systems that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and verification of complex systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Develop and maintain technical requirements and specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in system engineering, software development, and testing
- Expertise in GNSS Navigation, satellite signal processing, and system verification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
