Job Title: Human-Centered Design Specialist
A key role in our organization involves crafting innovative digital products that meet the evolving needs of users.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop user research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping techniques to create intuitive interfaces.
  • Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Design responsive iOS and Android applications with real-time data synchronization capabilities and touch-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate on complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • Apply hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools including generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication skills, documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews.

Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of human-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience designing cross-platform mobile applications and creating complex data visualization systems.
  • Strong proficiency in AI-powered design tools and their applications in product development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
