Spectral Consultants is seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the development and operation of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive engineering strategy aligned with product and business objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Building: Lead a global R&D roadmap and drive product transformation initiatives. Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
  • Platform Development and Operations: Oversee the development and operations of a cutting-edge, cloud-native SaaS platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: 20+ years in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing. Strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Tech Stack: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies; familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
