Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing project schedules, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage project activities, including meetings, status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of project tasks, including vendor management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, including testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, including customer communication, project updates, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or software industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
