Startup Incubation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our startup incubation initiatives. As a pivotal role, you will identify and nurture promising startups, fostering innovation and business development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Startup Identification and Onboarding: Actively scout for promising startups, evaluate their alignment with our strategic objectives, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Support and Mentorship: Provide hands-on support and mentorship to startups, leveraging your expertise to help them overcome challenges and achieve milestones.
  • Program Management: Develop and implement incubation programs tailored to the needs of different startups, fostering innovation and sustainable business practices.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies for startup incubation and ecosystem development.

You will also be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, including founders, investors, industry experts, and government bodies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in startup incubation, venture capital, or entrepreneurship development.
  • Strong understanding of startup ecosystem dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Prior experience working with government agencies or economic development organizations is highly desirable.
