About the Role

This position offers a chance to work on collaborative systems that help teams work efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft suite administration, collaboration security frameworks, and programming languages like Python and C++. They should also be able to decompose complex problems into manageable components and offer succinct solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems for preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Evaluate system security and implement standards to respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Analyze system performance and produce reports for senior management.
  • Document technical processes and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
Required Skills
  • 5+yrs technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience using programming languages like Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to foster a constructive atmosphere and exhibit optimism in challenging situations.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to decompose complex problems into manageable components.
