Job Title: Professional Cyber Security Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Cyber Security Trainer to join our team at LRQA India. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and advisory services to clients, with a focus on Cyber Security Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for public and in-company courses, ensuring that all materials are consistent with LRQA's business assurance philosophy, brand, and methodology.
  • Support consultative sales and account development activities, undertaking training needs analysis with potential clients and identifying commercial training opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training solutions to meet client requirements, innovating and creating new programs of work, courses, and events.
  • Deliver courses and events as scheduled, adjusting and applying training techniques flexibly in response to the needs and learning styles of groups and individual delegates.
  • Identify additional business opportunities and pass leads to appropriate sales colleagues.
  • Undertake business assurance assessments within authorized areas of specialism, in accordance with current procedures.
  • Maintain professional competence by keeping abreast of technical and other developments in own area of expertise, maintaining CPD records, updating LRQA's CV, maintaining professional registrations, and producing records of competence as required.
  • Take every opportunity to promote additional or higher value services.
  • Pass client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients.

Further Responsibilities:

  • Developing customized training courses when needed.
  • Ensuring the quality of service, in terms of the quality of delivery of training courses, venue, material, and tutors.
  • Helping in marketing investigation and competitors' analyses.
  • Supporting the Improvement Services Business development process.
  • Executing Improvement Services projects as per the scope and area of expertise.

Basic Qualification:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and a nationally recognized qualification in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Academic background in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience as an ISMS/Cyber Auditor.
  • Proven experience as a signed-off Authorized Trainer, with substantial experience and a demonstrable track record in innovative training design.
  • Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles, techniques, and methods.
  • Evidence of training competency for both Face and Virtual Training (Train the Trainer certificate).
  • Lead Auditor registration with a recognized body is expected.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organizations.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
  • Have a proactive approach towards identifying and developing new business opportunities and relationships to focus on delivering the best client solutions.
  • Prepared to travel and spend time away from home.
