Job Title: Financial Management Professional

  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Professional to drive business growth through strategic financial planning and decision-making.
  • This role involves providing financial insights and recommendations to the management team to inform business decisions.
  • The successful candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, addressing internal control deficiencies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • They will also assist in the audit of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • In addition, this role requires identifying and assessing risks or non-conformity issues related to financial processes, compliance, and operations.
  • The Financial Management Professional will develop and maintain the Country Risk Register to log all identified risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • They will also support the rollout of new Group policies by modifying drafts and providing training on the same.
  • Furthermore, this role involves identifying process improvement opportunities within the finance function to streamline financial processes or implement automation tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Continuous evaluation of internal controls and recommending improvements is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have CA/CMA or MBA qualification.
  • Should have 8+ years of experience in financial management, auditing, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities are required.
  • Solid knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and prior exposure to Oracle Fusion are plus factors.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders are crucial.
  • Willingness to relocate to Chennai and work 5 days from office is preferred.
