About the Role

As a consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting solutions to clients, working closely with senior leadership teams, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from organisational design to change management, and develop your expertise in areas such as team and leadership assessment and development, culture acceleration, and project delivery.

Our consultants are expected to be proactive, self-directed, and results-focused, with a strong ability to influence the thinking of clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business environment, with 3 years in a management or leadership consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficient processes throughout a project, with strong analytical skills and verbal ability.
  • Willingness to travel locally and globally as required.
