Drive quality excellence in real estate development projects as a seasoned professional with expertise in QA/QC processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure superior quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and reporting defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and train QA/QC team members to achieve excellence in quality and performance.
- Manage and maintain quality records and documentation, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Core Competencies
High-rise building complex project experience preferred. Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices required.
Quality Assurance Expertise
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while leading a team to monitor and improve construction quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
