Job Title: Footwear Design Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our footwear design team as a Design Assistant.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced designers to develop innovative footwear concepts, from initial sketches to final product launches.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development of footwear designs, including concept creation, sketching, and mood board preparation;
  • Researching global and local fashion/footwear trends, consumer insights, and competitor products to inform design decisions;
  • Supporting product development with sampling, material selection, and technical specifications;
  • Coordinating with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure smooth production processes;
  • Preparing engaging presentations, range plans, and product catalogs that effectively communicate our brand's message and vision;
